REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Clay Roane Public Service District (PSD) is seeking competitive bids for a mini excavator for their organization. The mini excavator should be new, rubber track, no less than 23HP, Max 9,500#, with 24” bucket and at least 10’ digging depth.
Sealed bids must be clearly marked as “Mini Excavator” or “Dump Trailer” and must be received by December 14, 2023, by 4:00 pm. All bids will be publicly opened and read at during the December 14, 2023, Board Meeting beginning at 6:30 pm via the Zoom meeting website. Mail Bids to Clay Roane PSD 1100 Elk River Rd, Procious, WV 25164.
Detailed specifications for the project are available online at https://clayroane.myruralwater.com/current-projects. Bids must include all fees and delivery costs to 1100 Elk River Rd, Procious, WV within 60 days of award.
The Clay Roane PSD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality therein. All bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening.

Sealed bids for the following equipment will be received by the Clay Roane Public Service
District until 4:00 pm, December 14, 2023. All bids will be publicly opened and read
during the December 14, 2023, Board Meeting beginning at 6:30 pm via the Zoom meeting
website. Link to meeting will be provided online at clayroanepsdwv.com and upon request.
The Clay Roane PSD office is located at 1100 Elk River Rd, Procious, WV and bids must
include delivery charges to this address within 60 days of award. Please contact Crystal Adkins

New Mini Excavator with canopy. Must come equipped with rubber tracks; 23HP minimum;
9,500# maximum weight; 10’ minimum digging depth; Hydraulic Thumb; front 4- way blade;
Quick coupler; 24” bucket with teeth and a 9” bucket with teeth.
Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Mini Excavator “and be mailed to Clay Roane PSD, 1100
Ek River Rd, Procious, WV 25164. Bid to include all fees and delivery cost within 60 days of
award. Bidders must be properly licensed to sell this type of equipment.
